The Pope Foundation will bring the Raleigh Children’s Business Fair back to North Hills shopping center on Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. Community members are invited to attend and shop with over 40+ youth-run businesses at The Commons at North Hills (circle drive in front of Chick-fil-A).
The fair was first held last year and is a part of the national Children’s Business Fair network. The event invites local children to apply for a tent space where they can showcase and sell their original products and ideas. The fair provides a safe and family-friendly learning environment where children ages 6-14 experience the thrill of entrepreneurship firsthand. The fair also has an element of competition as local community leaders serve as judges to award small cash prizes in two age groups.
